The financial administration is organised completely from the head office. The financial team makes sure that the accounts receivable and payable are processed correctly. This makes the work of this department highly diverse. Obviously, the Accounting Department handles the purchase and sales invoices. But this is by no means all. The department is also charged with the management of the car fleet, negotiations about overhead costs (for telephone and energy, for instance), sales analysis, profit monitoring, damage claims settlement, etcetera.

This means that this department also has contacts with the customer and the supplier whenever things are found that are incorrect or unclear. This applies to purchase as well as sales invoices, but also to their payment. So all information required to keep Wijlhuizen B.V. running passes this department.
